JLP sets the benchmark in safety, and has done so right back to the 1950’s when the founder of JLP worked in partnership with Dulux Paints to develop and apply a custom high visibility colour ‘JLP yellow’ to our trucks to improve safety on the road, well before high visibility signage became the norm… Fast forward to today, we provide an extensive onboarding and initial training program for new employees, and a structured ongoing training and monitoring program across our driver group led by a dedicated team of driver trainers whom are available 24/7 to support our team in-field. Our safety performance is underpinned by a diverse team of transport compliance specialists and health and wellbeing professionals who put in place fit for purpose systems and tools to help our business manage hazards and risks.
